Welcome to our Vegas Oasis Vacation Rental Home!
Our
“Vegas Oasis” private pool & spa home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths and
2100 square feet of living area, with an attached garage.
Recently
remodeled and extensively upgraded! The Bedrooms feature; 1 king size
bed (master bedroom is a super spacious suite), 1 queen bed, 1 full bed
and 3 twin beds. We can also provide a queen size air bed, and we
can sleep up to 10 people max. Upstairs is the spacious master
suite with master bath and walk-in closet, and the upstairs living room
area with a 42" flat screen Cable TV and super fast WiFi
connection!
Downstairs
are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one
with a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top). There is also a
downstairs entertainment and game room area with plenty of room to
spread out!
The
backyard is SUPER LUSH and VERY TROPICAL (yes, our water bill is HUGE
during the summer.. Just look at the pics..) featuring a fully private
Jacuzzi and Pool area..!! A large grassy backyard area opposite
of the pool and a covered patio area with a natural gas BBQ.
"Vegas Oasis" is conveniently located at the end of a quiet cul de sac near the intersection of Charleston and Rainbow.
It’s about 10 minutes west of the Las Vegas strip, and about 10 minutes to a new upscale casino resort called Red Rock.
Cable TV and ultra high speed Internet access (wireless or ethernet) are included at no additional charge.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry with full sized washer and dryer are stocked with all essential disposables, towels, linens, cooking utensils, and appliances that you'll need. (All you'll have to bring is your clothing and fill the fridge with food and your favorite beverages...and Vons grocery store will deliver. Just go online to www.vons.com )
There is a heated pool, a heated spa and professional grade natural gas BBQ grill in the large back yard for you to enjoy and unwind. Note that if you choose to heat the pool, there is an additional $200 per week (or $40 per night) charge. There is no extra charge to heat the spa.
This home is within several blocks of restaurants, grocery stores (Albertson's), video rentals, book store, 24 hour fitness club with pool and childcare (3 blocks away), and public parks (Rainbow Family Park is also 3 blocks from this home.)
Red Rock Canyon State Park is a 15 minute drive straight west on Charleston Blvd, and offers the colors of the Grand Canyon and dramatic vistas. It’s definitely worth a visit. Mount Charleston is a 30 minute drive northwest of Las Vegas. Valley of Fire State Park is a 75 minute drive northeast of Las Vegas, and contains brilliant formations of eroded sandstone and sand dunes more than 150 million years old. These features, which are the centerpiece of the park's attractions, often appear to be on fire when reflecting the sun's rays.
Hoover Dam is a one hour drive southeast of Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon is about 2 hours south of Hoover Dam.
Springs Preserve - is an incredible museum-botanical garden-science lab for all ages, and is 3 miles from this home.
High end shopping and restaurants are located just west on Charleston Blvd. in the Summerlin Area (Cheese Cake Factory, Roy's Hawaiian, PF Chang's etc.) Just north on Rainbow is more shopping and Whole Food groceries, and Joe's Crab Shack with a children's playground.
